Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Westbrook Bright Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
