Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Rivermark Field Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
