Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Bright Umber Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Minneapolis, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
