Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Northwind Ember Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Cincinnati caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
