Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Stonegate Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Chicago caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
