Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Field Manufacturing Partners and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
