Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Lumen Oak Health provides primary and specialty care in Toledo, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to referrals at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support referrals. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
