Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Ironwood Ridge Auto Group is a Boston company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 743 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
