Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Stonegate Vista Manufacturing is a St. Louis manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
