Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Fox Auto Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
