Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Westbrook Union Hospitality Partners is a hospitality company in Oklahoma City with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a large organisation of about 347 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
