Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Maple Pharma and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
