Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Harborlight Clear Health provides primary and specialty care in Louisville. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
