Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Redstone Ashton Health Group provides primary and specialty care in St. Louis, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep stock linked to insurance authorisations at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support insurance authorisations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
