Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Redstone Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Anchorage region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
