Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Clearpath Willow Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Savannah. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
