Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Westbrook Junction Housing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
