Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Northwind Nest Housing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to repair requests at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
