Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Lumen Wilder Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Columbus. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to quality documentation at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
