Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Stonegate Rook Press Partners is a printer and publisher in Sacramento serving local and national clients, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to bindery work at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support bindery work. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
