Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Rivermark Freight is a Raleigh logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to carrier rates at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support carrier rates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
