Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Northwind Field Press Group produces print and digital publications in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to print quotes at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support print quotes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
