Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Silverline Granite Auto Group is a Omaha company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
