Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Westbrook Nest Manufacturing is a Tampa manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
