Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Keystone Freight and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to carrier rates at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
