Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Silverline Beacon Press produces print and digital publications in Tampa, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to proofing at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support proofing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
