Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Greenridge Field Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Columbus region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
