Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Bluepeak Yarrow Hospitality Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 73 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
