Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Summit Keystone Health Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
