Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Clearpath Bridge Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Charleston. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
