Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Harborlight Rowan Facilities is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Keep stock linked to safety inspections at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
