Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Summit Linden Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Knoxville. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
