Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Foxglove Cobalt Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
