Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Nova Juniper Facilities looks after properties across the Las Vegas region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
