Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Highbridge Pike Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Albuquerque region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
