Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Silverline Wilder Property Management Partners looks after rental homes across the Savannah area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to unit turnovers at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support unit turnovers. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
