Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Union Hospitality Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
