Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Cedar Foods Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
