Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Meadow Press and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be price comparison. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Keep stock linked to press runs at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support press runs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
