Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Highbridge Harbor Freight is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to loads and lanes at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support loads and lanes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
