Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
