Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Redstone Pine Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Honolulu region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
