Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Silverline Fox Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in El Paso. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
