Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Greenridge Ivory Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Madison area. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to group events at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
