Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Nova Field Housing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to resident services at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support resident services. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
