Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Bluepeak Cedar Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Madison area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
