Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Redstone Pike Auto Group Partners serves drivers and dealerships across the El Paso region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
