Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Westbrook Timber Auto Group Partners is a Tampa company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our price comparison. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
