Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Clearpath Meadow Manufacturing makes precision components in Portland. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on price comparison. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to customer orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
