Purchasing Coordinator - price comparison (remote)

Lumen Mill Hospitality is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on price comparison for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
